Use the search box on the home page — pick your origin, destination, and date. We show you every bus running that day. Tap "Pick seats" on the bus you want, choose your chair on the coach diagram, fill passenger details, and pay. The ticket lands on your phone via SMS.
Up to 30 days ahead. Same-day bookings cut off 30 minutes before departure — after that the bus is closed and we can't add you.
No — anyone can book with just a phone number. If you sign in with OTP first, your booking is automatically attached to your /my/bookings/ dashboard so you can manage it later.
Yes — pick up to 6 seats in one booking. You'll fill in each passenger's name and age on the next step.

Online methods confirm your seat immediately. Bank transfer holds the seat until our team verifies the deposit.
No service fee on top of the bus fare — what you see in the search results is what you pay.
On the payment step there's a "Have a code?" field. Type it, hit apply, and the discount appears in your subtotal before you pay.
The seat is yours for 10 minutes while you fill passenger details and pay. If you don't complete payment in that window, the seat is released back to the public pool — someone else can book it.
No — the moment you click "Pick seats" the seat is locked to your session. Other browsers see it as taken until your hold expires or you complete the booking.
Yes — go to /my/bookings/, pick the booking, and click Cancel. The refund amount depends on how close to departure you cancel:
Online payments (eSewa, Khalti) are refunded to the same wallet within 3–5 business days. Bank transfer refunds happen the same way you paid. Cash refunds are issued at the counter when you come in person.
Full refund, no questions asked. We'll SMS you the moment the operator marks it cancelled and process the refund within 24 hours.
Three places: (1) the SMS we send to your phone, (2) /my/bookings/ if you're signed in, (3) the URL /ticket/<number>/ we redirect you to right after payment. Bookmark or screenshot it.
Sign in at /login/ with the same phone number you booked with. Your bookings will be linked automatically and you can resend the SMS from there.
Yes — every ticket page has a "Download PDF" button. The PDF is the same as what we'd issue at the counter.
Go to Track, enter your ticket number, and we'll show you the bus on a live map. Updates every 10 seconds.
Tracking starts when the driver opens the driver app at depot start — usually about 15 minutes before departure. If your bus is far from departure time, the map will be empty until then.
We answer everything that comes through Sujhav Peti within 48 hours. For urgent issues (bus issue mid-journey, payment dispute), call the depot.
