Cash-at-counter bookings hold the seat for 24 hours, then auto-release if the customer doesn't show. Online seats hold for 10 minutes during checkout. You stop double-selling and stop holding ghost seats.

Refunds are reversed automatically — if you refund a booking, our commission is reversed too. You only pay for what stuck.
